The Trouble with Fascists

"We Fascists are the only true anarchists. Once we've become masters of the state, true anarchy is that of power." - Pasolini, Salo

Fascists have, let's call them, boundary issues. The boundaries of states, and I mean both federations and conditions, and the boundaries on the roadmaps of the soul. They transgress.

Now of course, transgression can be a good thing, providing it's your own boundaries you are crossing. In fact, in almost every religious culture, transgression is allowed to be a holy thing. Think of fools of God like Saint Simeon Salus, a sixth century hermit who would perform such antics as blowing out the candles of a church just as the service was beginning, eating sausages on Good Friday and defecating in the marketplace. Yet as George Hansen tells in The Trickster and the Paranormal Simeon was also known to perform miracles, including the multiplication of food, telepathy and predicting the future. Nityananda, who last century violated many orthodox Hindu laws and would embarass his devotees by his nakedness and such happenings as smearing excrement over his body and sitting "with large piles of it, offering some to passers-by as a sweet." (The inversion of food/excrement and mouth/anus is a recurring and powerful transgression. The Aztecs had a copraphagic deity named Tlazolteotl, "Divine Excrement," also known as Tlaelquani, the "Eater of Ordure." See also "The Eye of Horus".) But Nityananda is remembered for his "miraculous healings, prophetic powers and even weather control." Joseph of Copertino mortified his flesh with chains and metal plates that pressed into his sores, and wore broken crockery around his neck to increase his humiliation. Joseph is also arguably the best-documented levitator in history. He also displayed telepathy, clairvoyance, healing powers and more. Sri Ramakrishna, one of India's greatest saints, often dressed as a woman and would eat the food left as temple offerings for gods.

So, what was that about fascism, and what am I going on about now? I'm going on about Pasolini's final film, the one he may have died for: Salo.

"You must be stupid to think that death would be so easy. Don't you know we intend to kill you a thousand times?"

It's a hard film to see, and not just because it's hard to sit through. Its graphic sexual sadism has prompted its banning around the world. (I first tried to catch it at a Toronto Forbidden Films festival in the mid-80s, but the Ontario Film Board forbade the screening.) Given how there are many works in the past 30 years that have out-grossed it, I suspect it's still problematic not so much for its generalized sexual sadism as for its pointed depiction of fascist sexual sadism.

The film is an adaptation of the Marquis De Sade's 120 Days of Sodom, which Pasolini set in Mussolini's "Republic of Salo," the Nazi puppet state of northern Italy that he nominally administered during the final years of the war.

If you haven't seen it, you've seen and heard of something like it. Forced nudity on collared and leashed prisoners with covered heads, paedophilic rape, coprophilia, humiliation and torture, ritual abuse and murder. Is it fascism? Is it Salo, or someplace else?

(And I should say, the death of a thousand times includes such insufferable yet mundane things as the Killing Jokes of deadpan irony. The Cheney/Bush gang are masters of timing. It's Republican prostitute Jeff Gannon getting back his press pass, this time for "Pajama Media." It's Rumsfeld comparing Chavez to Hitler. Doesn't he know what he's saying, and doesn't he know what he sounds like? Yes, and yes: of course he does. And it must give him tremendous pleasure.)

"Our guide restored the divine character of monstrosity thanks to reiterated actions. That is to say: rites."

It's been a topic before here how the psycho-sexual atrocities of Abu Ghraib and Gitmo, and most certainly the unnamed secret prisons in the "War on Terror's" encircling gulag, did not arise in a vacuum and without the stage direction of senior officials. They also enact ritual, and are more than reminiscent, to both students and survivors, of the methods of covert mind control. Survivor Kathleen Sullivan has says that "many survivors...are experiencing an additional set of reactions....wave after wave of devastating emotions and flashbacks after each new revelation is made public. What was done to the prisoners is too similar to what was perpetrated against most of us." And last July I wrote that the "mission is brutalization. Not just of the captives, but of the captors and their codependent subjects in the Homeland. Because the transformative mission extends beyond the literal confines of Abu Ghraib and Gitmo, to the imaginative boundaries of Empire."

But there's more going on here than brutalization. Or rather, the brutalization has, I believe, a sacramental aspect. Because there's a liminal quality to the bulldozing of values which achieves for the fascists - and possibly also for some fragmented parts of their victims - an ecstatic state of transgression. Perhaps understanding this dynamic will help explain and anticipate the congruity of fascism with occultic crime and untangle "Satanic Ritual Abuse" from the double caricatures of fundamentalist hysteria and secular humanist disdain.

Pasolini, by the way, was murdered the year of Salo's release, after having received death threats from neo-Fascists on its account. Last year, Italian police reopened the case after Giuseppe Pelosi, a then-17 year old who served nine years for the killing, recanted. Pelosi said Pasolini hadn't, after all, tried to rape him with a wooden stake, but had been killed by a politically motivated group of men, and he "had to play the game played by these people, the 'respectable' people who ordered the murder."

Those are some wild games, the games respectable people play.

Secrets Of Unit 1391

By Dan Ephron
Newsweek
June 28 issue - Sometimes a country's darkest secrets have a way of surfacing in the most offhanded manner. Gad Kroizer, an Israeli historian, was researching old British police buildings when he stumbled on a 70-year-old map drawn by a government architect. The map showed the location of 62 police compounds built by the British in Palestine in the late 1930s and early 1940s where both Arabs and Jews who agitated against Britain's occupation were interrogated. What caught Kroizer's eye was a camp called Meretz, which he had not seen on any contemporary Israeli map or read about in any modern writing on security compounds in the Jewish state. "There was a discrepancy between the map I had and the lists I'd been looking at," says Kroizer, who lives in Jerusalem and teaches at Bar-Ilan University. "I started putting two and two together."

What Kroizer had discovered and later footnoted in an academic paper (published in the March 2004 issue of Cathedra, circulation: 1,500) was the location of an ultrasecret jail where Israel has held Arabs in total seclusion for years, barred visits by the Red Cross and allegedly tortured inmates. Known as 1391, the facility is used as an interrogation center by a storied unit of Israel's military intelligence, whose members—all Arabic speakers—are trained to wring confessions from the toughest militants. According to Arabs who've been imprisoned in 1391, some of the methods are reminiscent of Abu Ghraib: nudity as a humiliation tactic, compromising photographs, sleep deprivation. In a few cases, at least, interrogators at 1391 appear to have gone beyond Israel's own hair-splitting distinction between torture and what a state commission referred to in 1987 as "moderate physical pressure."

But the nightmare for those in 1391 is the isolation and the fear that no one knows where you are, say Arabs who've been held there as well as an Israeli who's been inside the prison. The location of the compound is so hush-hush that a court this year banned a visit by an Israeli legislator. Prisoners describe being hooded everywhere at the facility except in their cells. Jailers often tell them they're on the moon or in another country (in fact, the compound is less than an hour's drive from Tel Aviv). "This can be devastating emotionally," says Dalia Kerstein, whose Israeli human-rights group, HaMoked, has petitioned the High Court of Justice to close down 1391. "We've seen that psychological pressure in certain instances can be even harder on inmates than physical pressure."

Hassan Rawajbeh would be the first to agree. A member of the nearly disbanded Palestinian Preventive Security force suspected of taking part in a shooting attack on Israelis, Rawajbeh was picked up by soldiers in Nablus 18 months ago. Af-ter stops at two other detention centers, he was hooded, handcuffed and thrown on the floor of a van. When the hood was removed, he was in a tiny, windowless cell with black walls and almost no light. The chamber contained no toilet, only a bucket in the corner, which the 39-year-old Rawajbeh says his jailers would empty once every few weeks. A low buzzing droned constantly. Rawajbeh, who denies shooting at Israelis, was never beaten, but he says he was on the verge of a breakdown. "I was jailed six times before," he said earlier this month at his office in Nablus, where other Palestinians, some armed with pistols, smoke cigarettes and drink coffee. "But those experiences were like five-star hotels compared to 1391."

For nearly four months, Rawajbeh saw no —one but his interrogators, who kept him naked for days at a time and prevented him from going to the bathroom. "You begin to feel like the jail exists only for you, that no one else is there," he says.

Israeli officials deny torturing inmates at 1391 or any other facility. But Gideon Ezra, the former deputy head of Israel's Shabak security service, says psychological pressure is one of the most effective tools interrogators have in the war against terrorism. Ezra, now a member of Prime Minister Ariel Sharon's Likud Party and his cabinet, says 1391 was actually set up as an interrogation center for non-Palestinian Arabs who entered Israel illegally. (Ezra says the number 1391 corresponds to the adjacent military base and has no particular significance.) "In cases like that, you need to find out very quickly who this person is and how he might harm you."

But at least one former inmate at 1391 says the comparison to Abu Ghraib is fitting. Mustapha Dirani was brought to the facility after being abducted by Israeli commandos from his home in Lebanon in 1994. Israel believed Dirani knew the whereabouts of a missing airman, Ron Arad, and wanted to glean information quickly, while he was still stunned from the kidnapping. Dirani, who returned to Lebanon five months ago in a prisoner swap, said in a phone interview that he was raped by a soldier in those first days at 1391 and sodomized by an interrogator he identified as George. His civil suit against the state for more than $1 million in damages is scheduled to start in January. "It's the same style as in Abu Ghraib. They take advantage of the fact that Arabs and Muslims are culturally conservative," says Dirani, who spent eight years at 1391 but was never tried for a crime. In what might look to some people like a foreshadowing of Abu Ghraib, Dirani said in an affidavit four years ago that he was interrogated naked for days and photographed repeatedly.

George has since left the intelligence unit that operates at 1391, according to Kerstein of HaMoked. She believes the Army might be worried the interrogator will divulge other scandals if the Dirani case ever goes to trial. In an interview with Israel's Channel Two television four months ago, George said Dirani invented the rape story to avoid retribution back in Lebanon for information he divulged to the Israelis.

Kroizer, the academic who stumbled on 1391, is still surprised by the attention his footnote received. Days after his paper was published, his editor got a call from Israel's military censor, who wanted to know why the article had not been submitted for inspection. "We publish an historical journal. We usually deal with issues that are at least 30 years old," says the editor, Benjamin Zeev Wexler. "But I thought it was interesting to note that this old British interrogation center was still operating today." For a few hundred Arabs held there over the years, it was no news at all.

Nothing new under the sun. Or shall I say under the ground?

We all know the utter depravity of empire, this current one, and those past. What does further wallowing in the mire, complete with fotographs of naked male pyramids, do but stoke the perv lusting of those so inclined and gross out those who are not? What valid point is there to this beyond prurient voyeurism? It does not stop present nor prevent future abuses.

To remind you of the exact words of Lord Acton:

“Power always corrupts. Absolute power absolutely corrupts. All great men are bad.”

What is their larger plan and where did it originate? The book you linked yesterday by JFC Fuller, The Secret Wisdom of the Qabalah, gives more than a few clues; it provides a detailed map. This man’s writings and career contain multiple parallels to his U.S. predecessor and counterpart Albert Pike, both of whose writings taken together provide a detailed map of the exact Luciferian doctrine, its Qabalistic origins, and the illuminist plans for the future destruction of the “cattle” a.k.a. the “goyim” a.k.a. the “barbarians,” ie. the vast majority of humanity.

It is an open secret at this point. The Skull and Bones sanctum mantle bears the stone inlaid prescription “BARI QVIPPE BOVI” ~ the barbarians are truly cattle.

From Fuller’s text on page 73:

“In short, the Chosen People are the light of the world, a light which at present is mixed with darkness (the Gentiles or children of Esau). This darkness will vanish little by little; first Israel will “look forth as the dawn”, next she will “become fair as the moon”, then “as clear as the sun”, and lastly “terrible as an army with banners”. Such is the reformulation of YHVH. When this is accomplished, not a Gentile will be left to pollute the earth; for Israel will have become its Messianic Shin which will untie the tongue of God, and on the utterance of His name will the entire universe vanish into absolute light. Such is the inner meaning of illuminism to the Qabalist.”

As someone noted in yesterday’s blog, the fascists imagine themselves to be the chosen people. No doubt. But who are today’s fascists? They may include a host of ethnicities, religious lineages and facades, and political persuasions, all serving a doctrine bent, as Fuller wrote, on the destruction of mankind, in order to bring about the mystical “restoration of God” (sic). ORDO AB CHAOS. This was Pike’s and Fuller’s doctrine, the doctrine of Luciferianism, Freemasonry, and Qabala.

This they all admit explicitly in their own writings. Not my words. Theirs.

They believe God is weak, made so by errors committed in the creation of Earth and matter and man. They believe the true god is Lucifer/Satan on earth, who is here to give knowledge and power to men, who must work, and have worked for millenia to destroy all human civilization in order to bring about the coming of the Qabalistic messiah, the “perfect man” who will restore/rebuild God to perfection.

This is why the politicians of both sides of the aisle can smile and utter platitudes, all the while causing death and chaos throughout the world. They actually believe they are doing “God’s” work. In that sense they are not hypocrites, rather utterly deranged inhabitants of a sick, psychotic, enclosed delusional system.

The people who adhere to these doctrines are the “powers that be” in the majority of the world at the present time, the heads of state and captains of industry, finance, and the military at the very highest levels.

Staring at pictures of men’s butts will not further clarify this reality, nor will reading about curiosity shop sickos of the past. The problem, though millenia in the making, is here and now, my friend. Let’s deal with that.

Yes, couldn't agree more and is usually a sign of a dark, evil mind projecting itself on to its 'enemies'.

Just as simple minded Jews project their racist annihilation fantasies (see the Old Tstament for numerous examples) on to Third Reich Nazis and have to invent modern nazis to keep them alive.

"Perhaps the ritualistic tortures are being used to produce more tools to keep the unrest going..."

Certainly, as was the Mohammed cartoon recently and the agent provocateurs to stir up the crowd. They are incredibly powerful.

Putin had to retract his statement that Zionists had stolen Ukraine. That's also why Pat Robertson was ordered by his Israeli paymasters to threaten Chavez with assassination. Chavez said ""minorities, descendants of those who crucified Christ" and those who had "grabbed all the wealth.". In other words, Jews. Chavez had to back off too.

Why do the 'powers that be' seek to unleash chaos and destruction?

from JFC Fuller’s Secret Wisdom of the Qabalah, Chapter II, Free Will, p. 44-5:

Satan, as we call this power, is in fact the Tree of Life of our world, that free will which for its very existence depends on the clash of the positive and negative forces which in the moral sphere we call good and evil. Satan is therefore the Shekinah of Assiah, the World of Action, the perpetual activity of the Divine Essence, the Light which was created on the first day and which in the form of consciousness and intelligence can produce an overpowering brilliance equal to the intensest darkness. Satan is also the Flaming Sword which brought light from heaven.

The understanding of this power, whether in the physical, moral, or intellectual planes, is called science, and the misunderstanding of it is frequently called magic.

Qabalah, Chapter IV, The Fall of Tetragrammaton, p. 51:

In the account of the creation in Genesis the Androgenic Man appears on the sixth day, that is at the end of the creation, because he symbolizes its totality and completion and six is the number of the Great Work; 666 being also its number in the vital, intellectual, and spiritual planes, the Vau extended from Malkuth to Kether.

Qabalah, Chapter IV, The Fall of Tetragrammaton, p. 54:

In order to understand this we will repeat it again: good is a means of balancing out evil, and evil a means of balancing out good. Neither is desirable in itself except in the Material World, which cannot exist without them; equally, the Spiritual World cannot be entered as long as they exist; consequently their adverseness is purely relative to the Spiritual World. Further on in this book we will show that the power of using either is drawn from the same source - Shin, Shekinah, Astral Light, Ether, Electricity, whatever name it may be called by - and to understand the use of this force, yet never to be obsessed by it, is to trample on the head of the Serpent and so re-establish the Shin in the body of Tetragrammaton and formulate the Messiah, the Incarnate Word which when disincarnated caused the Assiatic World to be.

In brief, this is the central doctrine of the Qabalistic Redemption; yet so dangerous did this doctrine appear, should it be divulged to the uninitiated, that to safeguard it it was locked away in a jumble of symbols, names, figures, and cryptograms which are frequently contradictory. The danger was that this philosophy not only harmonized good and evil, but maintained that all goodness proceeds from evil. Mystically this means a return of man to God, but by the ignorant it might easily be interpreted as meaning the doing of evil for the sake of spiritual gain.

[comment: I would submit that fascists, by definition, are spiritually ignorant, and that JFC Fuller and his intellectual predecessors and heirs may be counted as such]

We will repeat it again: to the Hebrew mystic the God of Genesis, Tetragrammaton Elohim, is not the ultimate God, or Ayin, the incomprehensible No-Thing, but Its lowest emanation - matter, or grossness, personified; a reflection of a reflection four times removed.

Qabalah, Chapter V, The Redemption of Tetragrammaton , p. 59-60:

A universal pentacle cannot be constructed for the unpurified multitudes, for the multitudes can only comprehend parables.

We have now descended a long way in the hierarchy of evil. From the divine we have touched bottom in the magical, and yet all we have explained is included in the words of the Emerald Tablet of Hermes Trismegistus:
“That which is above is like that which is below, and that which is below is like that which is above...

*The Source of Messianic Power*

As the creation of the world was out of chaos, so must its destruction, which carries with it its spiritual resurrection, be through chaos; such is the simple logic of the Qabalah.

As God is the consciousness of the Macrocosm, so is man the consciousness of the Microcosm; such is the simple mystery of the Qabalah. In the human world man is a god knowing good and evil, yet he is also the son of the God of the natural world - the creator of good and evil. As consciousness has been precipitated from the source of all things, so is it man's lot to expand his atom of consciousness until it fills eternity and merges once again into the source from whence it emanated.

Little by little in this upward evolution are all things intellectualized and in consequence destroyed.

Thus the unknown becomes the known and ceases to exist because its knowability is death to its mystery; that is to say it is bereft of opposition to the consciousness of man.

Thus the search for knowledge is an unending campaign against duality in which conquest deprives the conquered of its activity, its opposition, which in man is shadowed forth as ignorance. A void is created, and over it the Spirit (Shekinah) in man moves and respiritualizes the gross incarnation of Tetragrammaton and so formulates the Messiah.

The laboratory of the Devil (Satan of the Qliphoth) is the heart of man; herein are all things human conceived and ordered...

The Messianic Act, or Great Work, consists in freeing the hidden Shin from the elemental pyramid in which it is imprisoned. Then the four elements vanish and the splendour of
the Shekinah enwraps, like a caul of light, the Divine Child - the Messiah.

From this esoteric doctrine it will be seen that the Messiah does not come from outside, he does not descend upon the pyramid; in place he comes from inside and dissolves the pyramid.

The Christian idea of the Son of God descending from heaven to save the world is in fact the Qabalistic idea upside down; for all men, or, according to the Hebrews, all the Chosen People, are sons of God, particles of divinity, atoms of spirit, and when all these atoms unite in one spiritual ecstasy the Messiah is born; for he is the integration of the totality of spirit in mankind. Not a spark descending into darkness, but darkness dissolving into illimitable light. From the active to the formal, from the formal to the creative, from the creative to the archetypal, and thence back into the No-Thingness, the source and the end of all things: such is the complete Messianic hypostasis.

Qabalah, Chapter VI, The Source of Mystic Power, p. 67-8

...it does not matter what an intellectual man or woman may think of the wisdom of the Qabalah; he or she may say, “Well, if these people like to symbolize God as a Satanic force, let them; it is their business and not mine.”

This is tolerant enough, but it avoids the danger without removing it; which is that should a Qabalist attain to so potent a vision that he can detonate the spiritual instinct of the masses, will he not, because of his education, make use of a Satanic symbology which, literally accepted by his intoxicated followers, will spiritually turn them upside down and impel them towards the most diabolical acts of anarchy and outrage?

The likelihood of this is common knowledge, for the power of the demagogue is well known, and the most dangerous of demagogues is he who is fervently narrow in his opinions or faith, that is single-minded. How much more, then, is he who believes that his voice is God's voice, the veritable Logos, God being symbolized to him according to what his sentiments, intellect, and education make him, and God to his listeners being fashioned according to their level of intelligence!

If the symbols are accepted as realities by his followers, and if his darkness, lit by his spiritual frenzy, finds a sympathetic and passive partner in their ignorance and animality (the chaos of his would-be cosmos), then the child of this union will not be Lucifer, the intellectual Satan, but Belial, his sensuous or Qliphothic counterpart.

[Comment: Quite clearly this is a distinction without a difference, in the manner that it is being implemented here and now. Man is not capable of maintaining this restraint. Recall the words of Lord Acton viz. “Power corrupts. Absolute power absolutely corrupts. NB: The word “power” appears 80 times in 90 pages of this text. In any event, the doctrine that it is man who must “balance” evil against good in order to restore perfection is an absurdity on the face of it. “And by their fruits shall you know them.”]

Then will the surroundings of his followers be turned into a physical hell.

[Yes, that is what we have now. See every war, social crisis, genocide, famine, “Clash of Civilizations” et cetera that these generals, money men, politicos, spooks, and their cultural shamen have engineered, and are currenty engaged in manifesting on this, our beautiful, blessed, beleagured earth. But now you have an inkling of how they can imagine that their evil is in fact good. And how it is that followers of Luciferianism or satanism utilize the reversal of principles to accomplish their goals, by precipitating chaos and destruction, because, by their doctrine, good is evil, and vice versa. Therefor, indeed to them: Ignorance is Knowledge, Freedom is Slavery, and War is Peace.]

I am the poster who made the Chavez remarks by the way.

"The Christian idea of the Son of God descending from heaven to save the world is in fact the Qabalistic idea upside down"

This is typical of the overly literal fascist mind set, comparable to Hitler's reading of Blavatsky and Christian Zionists reading of the Book of Revelation and the letters off St Paul (rapture).

The descent of the Son in Christianity is symbolic as Jesus made clear "seek ye first the kingdom', 'the kingdom is within'. Jesus also told his disciples the truth in secret without using the parables he did with the masses, it says so in the bible.

Jesus was the symbol of sacrifice (of earthly desires) that started a new religion in which the hidden teachings of the Greek mysteries and Jewish Qabballah were revealed to the world. He told the pharisees they didn't practice the mysteries and hid them from everyone else.

No doubt that's why they wanted to kill him and felt totally justified in doing so.

Thanks for the fascinating material. I must research the Qabala more deply. The Jews also have some beautiful spiritual works in the old testament (in addition to the genocide that is).

Abraham’s Dream {and Sundry Leather-soled Agents}

.

Where have all the heroes gone? Our world is not the same.
Malcolm, Martin, Bobby, JFK, Ghandiji’s smile...
Someone said they all were killed. But tell me who’s to blame?

Mossadegh, Lumumba, Che, their killers all took aim,
One-eyed Jacks in chicken shacks lined up a country mile.
Where have all the heroes gone? Our world is not the same.

Lennon got it too, taken down hard. They like to maim.
Nasser and Allende felt the sting and made the file.
Someone said they all were killed. But tell me who’s to blame?

Can it be as it appears? My wondering eyes are lame.
Seems like yesterday Beauty and Truth walked down the aisle.
Where have all the heroes gone? Our world is not the same.

Honest Abraham’s greenbacks brought him down, so they claim,
Card sharks flipping queens like they were going out of style.
Someone said they all were killed. But tell me who’s to blame?

Albert Pike, his statue stands in Washington in fame.
Skullhead boners with Swiss gnomes, their methods can be vile.
Where have all the heroes gone? Our world is not the same.
Someone said they all were killed. But tell me who’s to blame?

Satan, Moloch, Lucifer, do tell, what’s in a name?
El Diablo, 666, it is for keeps, this “game”.
Look out at the oil rig there and see if it’s aflame.

Diesel sucking monsters screaming up and down the street
Champion the rule of death ~ don’t dare to use your feet.
Ever since the shoe tax passed the Earth can’t take the heat.

Luminescing fireflies are lighting up my yard.
Out in front my sidewalk’s full of whores and pimps and bards,
Operatic bunko dealers shouting, “Pick a card.”

On the tube a sycophantic rock star kisses ass.
Cartoons of Muhammad are just psy ops for the mass,
All the same it makes me want to puke, it is so crass.

Can I find a kinder, gentler place to call my home
Somewhere in Alaska way up north, a place called Nome?
Surely not Il Citi Vaticanni down in Rome.

People there are funny, they just like to reminisce.
Days go by without a smile, the sound of a low hiss
Startles me to realize that my ignorance ain’t bliss.

Running from St. Peter’s Square ~ it really is a circle ~
Baphomet arrests me. Did you know he looks like Urkel?
Now I’m in the stockade being stoned by Chancellor Merkel.

Crowds appear to rescue me. They’re led by one tough Gurkha,
Who smiles and says, “Cover yourself,” handing me a burqa.
“This one’s out of style,” I start to cry. “It says here: ‘circa

Ninteen-thirteen.’ Look. I wouldn’t be caught dead in it.”
“Fine. Suit yourself,” Then he goes and throws a hissy fit.
“Right. I’m out of here,” I scream, the crowd in hot pursuit.

Grabbing passing trolleys on my skateboard like McFly,
Soon I land in Egypt on one pyramid’s great eye.
Staring at me foolishly, it blinks, and then I try

Talking to it calmly like some therapist named Phil.
“Don’t I know you, son?” it croaks, and tries to take my will.
“You are not my father, creep,” I answer, when a shill

For the three card monte dealer points me toward the sun,
Saying “Look, it rules, you know,” and then, “You are the one
Who can make some sense of it and tell us where we’ve gone

Wrong.” “Aha,” I say, “Just look before at what they did
To the others who were fool enough not to stay hid.
I’m not them and you’re not him. I must refuse your bid.”

Saying that I tumbled through a wormhole into space,
Past a liquid silver mirror showing me my face.
Ugly as it was, it disappeared without a trace.

Now I am not sure of who I am or where I be,
Reading stuff on Antonin Artaud ~ at least it’s free,
Sort of. Costing me a lot of time. “I need to pee,”

Forrest Gump said goofily to LBJ. Like that,
Now I’m in old Angkor Wat ~ and me without my hat.
Laura Croft slides down a vine and, looking mighty phat,

Offers me a tumble in the hay to stoke my greed.
Flipping channels in my mind like Ramtha hopped on speed,
Stuck inside of Memphis, someone hands me Graceland’s deed.

Says here that it’s “owned by the Illuminati Group,
Formerly PanBankCorp, and before that Lupe de lupe,
Partnering with evil since before the flood, you dupe.”

“Elvis too?” I moan and then I fall into a swoon,
When I wake I find that I am howling at the moon,
On all fours and baying like a dogstar fiend in June,

Boho buddies licking at my heels and wanting more.
“Get away from me you sick ass fucks, I’m not your whore.”
With that I get up and kick them all right out the door.

Slamming it I yell so loud, “And stay out!” that I wince,
Rubbing both my ears to soothe them. Soon I will convince
All my friends to meet me at the deli for a blintz,

Where we will agree that cable tv steals your soul.
Mojo Filter nods his head and orders up a bowl.
Sipping borscht, he sagely sucks a luscious jelly roll.

Finally with his beard all dripping red with beets and jam,
Looking like my buddy Moses Younger from Siam,
Mojo softly whispers, “He said, ‘I am that I am.’”

“Whoa. Get outta here dude!” “No way.” “Did he really speak?”
“Yup. And after that he morphed and said, ‘Blessed are the meek.’”
Wiping off the jelly and the borscht, he rose to leave,

Turned and smiled and shook his head like Manny in the flood,
Gave a nod of fellowship and, blessing Ishmael’s blood,
Spat and doused the candle, saying, “God made us of mud.”

The Israeli Supreme Court building is an elaborate Masonic Temple financed with $50 million of Rothschild money, built on land owned by them and designed by architects chosen by same.

Here is an extensive article with several photos, written by Jerry Goldsmith, a concerned jewish Israeli citizen, who doesn't want to see luciferian satanism rule his country and the world.

The Israeli Supreme Court building contains one wing which is a 33 level Pyramid with an 'eye' window in the capstone. No kidding.

And the upper three levels are accessible only to the supreme court judges, the uppermost level only to 'retired' judges.

Who do they follow, Pharoah or Moses?

It may be a lost cause at this point, but I'd like to try to get back to Jeff's original post and the connection between fascism and transgression.

I've been struck at times by the fact that most of the current crop of right-wing monsters are people who were in their teens and 20s in the 1960's -- but who were grossed out by the various 60's liberation movements instead of energized by them. However, they were also reluctant to identify as traditional conservatives and be polite and respectful of authority, because that was considered lame and wussy.

So they found an alternative mode of transgression -- one which identified with the Vietnam War and the Nixon administration. One which gloried in political dirty tricks, like those that Karl Rove and his fellow College Republicans were perfecting in the early 70's. One which was more than ready to sign on to support the Pinochet dictatorship in the 70's, or Latin American death squads and the South African apartheid regime in the 80's.

That was a form of transgression that didn't require them to make themselves open and vulnerable -- to take psychedelic drugs or admit they might be gay or even to run around town in silly hippie-clothing saying "Oh, wow" a lot. Instead, they got to be (or at least imagine themselves as being) all tough and hard-bodied and carry out their transgressions by drugging or sodomizing or humiliating other people instead.

You can see it very clearly in the current headlines. These are people who actively get off on having a government that violates the Geneva Conventions or the U.S. Constitution, commits the worst crimes known to our culture, and then sneers and says "Whatcha gonna do about it?"

Sometimes it gets more explicit, as in Michael Ledeen's glorification of fascism and of destruction as a revolutionary force. People like that will be satisfied by nothing less than destroying civilization -- and it's no coincidence that they've started their mission in Mesopotamia, generally considered to be the cradle of civilization.

But your standard Freeper doesn't even think that far. They just know that hurting other people makes them feel powerful and in control, while at the same time giving them a vicarious taste of the real liberation that would come only with dropping ego-defenses and opening up to the larger universe.

And isn't that the real attraction of sadism? The mixture of personal control and vicarious vulnerability?

Trying to get a handle on the moment?

Read Malachi Martin’s Windswept House, a thinly veiled 1996 novel that reveals the institutionalized pederasty at all levels of the Catholic Church. No surprise there, except that Fr. Martin describes it reaching to the highest levels of the Vatican, and he describes it taking the form of, yes, ritualized satanic abuse ~ conducted by apostate cardinals, bishops and priests operating in concert with freemasons and the leaders of the “free world” in all venues of power in the US and Europe.

This from a man who was one of the handful of translators of the Dead Sea Scrolls and also attached to the Vatican Secretariat of State as an intelligence agent.

Martin later announced plans to cover much of the material as non-fiction but was killed in his apartment and all of his papers were stolen. But of course.

Imagine what you’ll know tomorrow.

Of what possible value is it to talk about the psychology of sadism when you are dealing with people who are dedicated over generations to sowing death and destruction throughout the world to fulfill their adherence to a several millenia old cosmogony of chaos?

Nixon worked for Prescott Bush and Averell Harriman in the 1940's. He was a stooge. The 60's are over. Way over. It was largely a form of psy ops and chaos sowing, being done now with different drugs, different patsies, and different fall guys and designated enemies.

The skull and bones folks refer to their lodge as the Order of Death. Get the picture? They have a Nazi shrine room and every Thursday they dine together eating with Hitler's silverware. They have the skulls of Pancho Villa and Geronimo, among others, mounted on their walls like trophies.

And you want to talk therapy?

Reaping The Genetic Whirlwinds - psychopathic Americans

http://signs-of-the-times.org/signs/editorials/signs_ReapingTheGeneticWhirlwinds.php

According to World Health Organization mental health studies done
over the past 25 years, there is one group of human beings on all of
the Earth with an incidence of psychopathy that is consistently near
zero, Native North and South Americans. Among Orientals, Asiatics and
Pacific Islanders it is roughly 1% to 4%, with rural and isolated,
nomadic and traditionally low technology peoples showing lower rates,
globally, than those living in urban and industrialized areas. The
number averages 4% to 6% among Europeans, Africans, Semites, Arabs
and West Indians, but only U.S. Americans does that figure soar to
perhaps as much as 12% or more of the total populace, with an even
higher incidence of around 16% to 18% among European Americans
balancing out a lower, 4% to 6% among non-European and African
Americans to comprise the 12% U.S. estimated average overall. Some
American clinicians, researchers and experts in psychopathy even
theorize that the actual number could be as high as 20% to 25% of all
Americans if the "milder" sociopathic and characteropathic disorders
are included in the surveys.

Does this not strike you as significant? There is only one other
nation that even approaches the United States in these figures,
Australia, at an estimated incidence of 10%. Not coincidentally,
Australia promptly took on the role of Great Britain's human dumping
ground for all of her other colonies and territories around the world
as soon as the North American colonies were lost, and continued as
such, a "penal colony" for nearly 100 years.

You mean, because I said something bad about fascists?

Kerry and the Clintons may appear to be on your left, but I've written numerous times about the false opposition they represent. Different tentacles, same Octopus. For instance, from this post: "Clinton's fault, Bush's fault: these aren't serious positions. The fault lies far deeper, beneath the sham spectacle of 'partisan politics,' and only a few heads, such as Dick Cheney's, ever come bubbling to the surface of public life." Nice post, as always.

What I think is striking is that the Satanist, the Fascist, the Fundamentalist and the Military all have something in common: their overwhelming desire for control, coupled with an unshakable belief in their own superiority over others.

In their world-view, the 'Normal', the 'Democrat', the 'Unbeliever' and the 'Civilian' is, at best, a weak fool and, at worst, an unproductive subhuman, to be exploited, degraded, abused and murdered at will.

To these 'True Believers', 'True Patriots' or 'True Humans', History is something that is obviously meant to be controlled, molded, modified, transformed by their superior intelligence, will and capacities.

What these fools do not realize is that no one controls History. No one can even control his -- or her -- own destiny. We are, all of us, nothing but insects swept up by the wind of change. Our destiny is death, and we have been marked to die since the day we were born. Our very lives are nothing compared to the "big picture". Most of the time, we appear, live a little and die a quick

All true spirituality teaches this. Jesus said it (see Matthew 6:24; Matthew 6:34), Buddha said it (see The Four Noble Truths), the Dao De Ching says it (see chapter 19 and 34, among others) and I am sure other religions also teaches it. Trying to control your destiny is like trying to grasp a stormy wind, hold it in your hands and direct it: it's pointless.

They try to control the world, control others and control their own destinies, through occult means, "mind control", secret societies and others. They are fools, and they will suffer the destiny reserved to fools by fate. Their disgusting plans will come crashing down, their fortunes will turn to dust, their very families will desert them in disgust and, at best, everyone will turn away from them.

The strong, the mighty, the powerful, the so-called all-knowing seers, the 33rd degree of this or that temple, will end up as homeless wretches and will be cast down to their true place in humanity: among the lowest of the lows, the very people they all so despised when they lived the good life. And then, they will die, destitute and forgotten, their dreams of power & glory shattered beyond all hope and forgotten.

Mark my words: you can't fool all the people all the time. A day of reckoning is coming for all of them.

Excellent, asolutely true , see advaita vedanta and the leters of Paul for other explicit examples of free will being an illusion. In fact free will (the mechanism whereby 'Christians' can justify eternal damnation) is the biggest heresy of all.

By the same token, it isn't wise to condemn the evil ones. All our fates are sealed whether we surrender to it (accept the Will of God) or not.

Without a doubt! "They've" slowly brainwashed us by "empowering" us with the ability to consume..."auto-stimulate". So, as long as we consume, and have our "comforts", we do not review, engage, research, question, congregate and fight!

Consumerism is the new pornography, akin to the Nazi's distribution of pornographic material in Poland. The Nazi's believed that by distributing this material, people would "auto-stimulate" and be too "ashamed" to later group together and resist.

This "auto-stimulation" has expanded to encompass not only pornography, but collecting, consumption, possession, competition and base one-upmanship, among other things. We are content to participate in our own distruction as long as we do not have to go through the pain of looking in the mirror.

The victims of our own stupidity, we collectively "suck our thumbs" and beg for seconds because it is "our right". There's no time to "grow up" in this digital age, and so these fascists have become our surrogate "parents".

RE: Free Will
IMO, humans do not have free will in the sense that it is normally thought of. We do have a spark of Self-determination, but it is so encumbered by our own internal conflicts that it might as well not even be there at all, under most circumstances.

What did Paul say? "I do not do the good things I want to do, but the evil things I do not want to do." Whatever you may think of Paul, everyone can identify with this.

But the NWO seems more likely to come from the left wing, socialistic, communistic model than the right wing. All the goals and programs that define a NWO are left wing in nature. Doesn’t the NWO want a one world government? Do they propose abolition of property rights, with everything being owned collectively? Won’t all people and their cultures become equal and of equal worth? Isn’t there a hint of a redistribution of wealth so that poverty will disappear?

The NWO is nothing but an updated Communist Manifesto.

The discussions here lately keep touching on questions of free will and morality -- and that's gotten me thinking about the old schema of mineral soul, vegetable soul, animal soul, and human soul (and whatever lies beyond that) and cross-referencing it with the idea of emergent properties.

What I take as the crucial point is that even as new properties emerge, we don't cease being affected by the old ones -- though we do gain a certain ability to transcend them. As material beings, we are still subject to the laws of physics. As collections of cells, we operate according to the principles of biochemistry. As creatures with an animal nature, we follow the basic impulses of survival and reproduction, dominance and aggression.

It's only when you get to the human level that morality, conscience, and free will even begin to be possibilities. And all of these, I think, are rooted in our ability to run scenarios in our minds and select one alternative over another. Once you enjoy that quantum theory-like ability to actualize certain possibilities to the exclusion of others, your existence is no longer deterministic. But at the same time, you have taken on the awful burden of being responsible for the results of your choices.

Beyond that, a universe in which the power of choice is a reality cannot itself be deterministic. It is the product, not of fate, but of its own history -- of all the many choices that have been made for good and ill, all the turning-points where things could have gone differently.

Such a universe, I believe, is the visible manifestation of a process of self-discovery and self-creation. For what point would there be in its existing at all if its outcome was already known? Time, as we just this week, should not be considered as one-dimensional.

We, as humans, have just barely begun to enter upon a stage where we can share in that process of self-creation rather than beings its passive subjects. But we should never doubt its reality.

"Once you enjoy that quantum theory-like ability to actualize certain possibilities to the exclusion of others, your existence is no longer deterministic"

I think that's wrong because the range of emotional/physical/mental states of the organism and its environment are infinite and the mind has awarenes of almost none of that plus the possibilities are infinite too and the awareness of those is virtually zero. It's like crossing the vastness of the universe in a corridor three foor wide.

There is also this

There is an increasing body of evidence that only a minuscule proportion of the sensory dataprocessed by the unconscious mind (capable of processing approximately 11 million bits persecond) is referred to the conscious mind (capable of processing approximately 50 bits per second). It is also clear that conscious awareness of stimuli from the environment lags actual perception byapproximately half a second, but that a backward referral of subjective experience results in aindividual’s perception of the stimulus and its conscious awareness as simultaneous. These findings challenge the primacy and supremacy of conscious processing of information on which asubstantial proportion of educational practice and policy is based, and suggest a re-evaluation ofthe the nature of teacher competence and expertise.

I don't believe you and I are in disagreement -- and I was very careful not to use the term "consciousness," which I think has been way oversold, anyway.

What I was suggesting was something far more limited -- the ability to run mental scenarios in advance of taking action as a way of refining goals and strategies.

This is not a specifically human ability -- even crows are able to look at lab puzzles and figure out the necessary moves to get a bit of food without doing it all by trial and error. But humans do it a lot more regularly, and not just on technical puzzles but even in the context of highly complex and variable social situations.

And because we can do that -- because we're able to ask ourselves questions like "how many hundreds of thousands of people are going to die if we invade Iran and what are the alternatives?" -- we bear a moral responsibility for our actions that we would not bear if we had no ability to conceive of their consequences.

Also -- because the question has come up a couple of time and I suspect it was originally aimed at me and not at Jeff -- by "left wing" I most emphatically do not mean centrist Democratic Party hacks with a few residual liberal aspirations, like Kennedy and Kerry. I mean real left wingers of a kind we don't seem to have around any more -- people who are willing to dream of a fundamentally better world, where nobody is oppressed or starving and everyone has the opportunity and the tools to pursue their own personal fulfillment.

My main beef with the right is their tendency to sell humanity short, to assume that life is always going to be crap for the many and significantly better only for those few who are prepared to claw and cheat their way to the top of the heap. By my sights, liberals as well as conservatives these days tend to accept that as a fundamental premise and differ only on the question of just how much crap you can get away with shoving down the throats of the many before they rise in bloody revolution.

The conservatives -- who are able to be far more enthusiastic crap-shovers because they're always ready to call out the tanks in a pinch -- regularly win out over the liberals, who are much wussier about it and keep hoping that people will be grateful for the crap they receive.

I'm more than fed up with both lots of 'em, but I see the conservatives as a good deal more dangerous.

And don't say libertarianism -- that's a system to permit the rich to keep getting richer without even the necessity for a dictatorship.

Having a large, stable middle class also helps -- but that seems to depend on economic growth.

I don't have a good answer -- but I think it's crucial to look for one.

I don't believe that. Kings haven't been around forever. They only go back to around the start of civilization -- say 4500 or 4000 BC. And for the first few millenia, they were mind-numbingly powerful, considered divine, gods or the children of gods, and were even at the center of the state religion.

We *have* gotten out from under divine rulers over the last few centuries, and that's because we no longer need them. The symbolic functions they once served -- as centers of national unity and hubs of a redistribution network -- were abstracted and bureaucratized to the point where kings became an expensive anachronism.

Evolution is very good at elminating those structures which are no longer energy-efficient.

There's a highly significant book called "The King's Two Bodies," which I've had sitting on my shelf for the last five years or so unread, because it details the process by which this happened in 567 pages of closely-reasoned argument with extensive footnotes in small print and mostly in Latin. But the general upshot is that the royal functions gradually got split off from the actual person of the king and vested in the state as a whole.

So it is possible. The task before us, I expect, is to define those functions which are essential to modern life (primarily police power, civil courts, maintenance of infrastructure, and distribution of goods and services) and figure out how to decentralize them into the society as a whole, so that they no longer serve as power centers which can be used to control us.

But it's not going to be easy. The power is going to have to be pried out of the hands of the politicians and corporations. There is going to have to be total commitment to global equality and justice. And, perhaps more than anything, the profit motive is going to have to be eliminated from the equation.

The mechanism I see for bringing all that about is the same mechamism which promotes open source software. That is, you offer superior alternatives to the present inadequate ways of doing things and gradually wean people away from dependence on government and business.

But the problem is that we don't have 500 years to let the process work itself out at leisure -- and we know that revolutions never work. So how the hell do we get from here to there before the whole system goes blooey?

These mechanics of consciousness apply to both children and society. As long as the expert class functions under the premise, held by liberals and conservatives alike, that being precedes consciousness, the felt need to transgress artificially imposed boundary conditions will remain. In addition we are not getting proper practice in the creative use of our consciousness. Fate and fortune, shit happens now what are we going to do about it?

The Saccharine Disease by T. L. Cleave
http://www.journeytoforever.org/farm_library/Cleave/cleave_ch2.html

Likewise schizophrenia might represent a different type of involvement of the central nervous system, affecting the mind. The author can well imagine some astonishment on the face of the reader, but he would like to quote a personal communication from Dr. G. Daynes, of the Transkei region of South Africa, dated September, 1971: 'Regarding mental disease in the people of the Transkei, I can say that in the past 11 years I have not diagnosed a single case of schizophrenia in a tribal African living on an unrefined carbohydrate diet, whereas this disease is the commonest psychosis among the urbanized Africans. The "School people", who come in between the tribal and the urbanized, have an appreciable incidence of the disease, but they consume considerable quantities of white sugar and refined maize-meal, leading to a high incidence of obesity and a small but increasing incidence of diabetes.' It may be added to this that schizophrenia in the U. S. Negro is as common as in the white. [24] Meanwhile, the profound stasis in the bowel so notorious in cases of melancholia lends some credence to the possibility that schizophrenia may be implicated in the saccharine disease, too.

The book recommendation is:

Blood on the Altar: The Secret History of the World's Most Dangerous Secret Society
by Craig Heimbichner

Book Description

What's beyond Freemasonry? That's the question investigators have pondered for decades and Craig Heimbichner furnishes fascinating answers as he probes deeply into the sooty arcana of the Ordo Templi Orientis --or "OTO" -- the higher secret society to which elite Freemasons emigrate as part of a process of occult succession.

"Blood on the Altar" pursues the shape-shifting trail of this successor group, on the Left as the pillar of a libertarian ethos, avant-garde drug culture and radical hedonism; on the Right, as the pillar of aristocratic preference for authoritarian rule and classical culture.

Heimbichner has deconstructed not just a Janus-faced secret society but a method of operation so deceptive, the reader can hardly believe that such audacious and far-flung duplicity and misdirection could possibly succeed for so long without exposure. But succeed it has, until now.

The head-spinning trail of the OTO leads from the US government to the NASA rocket program, from the Hollywood film industry to Right-wing "patriot" groups, from the New Age craze for the Kabbalah, to an attempt to control the conservative enthusiasm for traditional liturgy.

The OTO has marched from triumph after triumph, as the spectre of its "Great Beast", British Intelligence officer Aleister Crowley, cast its Thelemic spell over a double-minded populace alternately seeking freedom-and-contraint, sex-and-repression, magick-and-Christendom, science-and-superstition. "Blood on the Altar" shows the OTO to be the signature secret society behind the most dazzling--and puzzling-- charades of the modern Cryptocracy.

Craig Heimbichner has a master's degree in education. He is a former high school principal and a freelance writer, lecturer and researcher.

Man, the John Birch Society never dies, does it?

Old Gary, you are confusing centralized control for "left wing." the reason why the NWO is right-wing and not left-wing is that they have no interest in the well-being of all of the human race. They believe an elite has the right and even the duty to exploit the masses. That is fascist.

Now if you want to bring up Stalin, many would argue that he was more right-wing and nationalist than a true left-winger. He really admired Hitler.

I also don't want to hear that Nazi means National Socialist, therefore the Nazis were socialists. They killed real socialists and did not believe in equality of all humans.

Anonymous 8:46, these were some of the concerns I pondered publicly on the previous post in Jeff's wonderful blog.

I approached the Holocaust from a mathematical standpoint. Given 6,000,000 people cremated in the camps I figured that you would have to kill something like 800 people a day every single day for 5 years. Intuitively (and remember the name of this blog) it doesn't make sense. Imagine the manpower and other resources it would take to get this done. It seems like a logistical impossibility.

I was immediately shot down by LENGTHY retorts. The sheer volume of what was presented said something in and of itself. Why did so many people feel compelled to defend such an obvious "truth"? That tells me something. Shouldn't the proof stand for itself? And no one really answered my questions.

Why is this such a touchy issue? Why is mentioning the POSSIBILITY of being lied to by the Powers That Be such a sore point?

I'm not a revisionist, apologist or someone with an agenda, just someone using his rigorous intuition (and MATH) to figure things out...

to this idea of transgression as sacred:

thank you jeff. i understand quite a bit better now. see, we cannot look at these people through the lense of our familier understanding of the world. they operate and exist in a much different place. their's is of a very base and sub-conscious level. of breaking every taboo and rule. it is this act of ruin, transgression and descecration that drives a great many things. a system is created and it is systematically overwhelmed and destroyed. the emotions involved are what must be understood. the flood of endorphins. the rush, the buzz. like addicts. when your born into that culture you accept it as the way things must be. speaking from perspective i would suggest, this is true.

it is about the mind-rape. mental, physical, emotional, psychological and total. to break down the walls until there is nothing left to contain.

Does it strike anyone else that there is a great deal of energy going into the attempt to deny that there is actually a left-wing in any meaningful sense? I mean, not just at this blog, though it certainly crops up here, but more broadly.

I'm finding it a little difficult to explain what I mean, so let's start by considering three possible models of recent history:

1) Class warfare theory. (Marxist, more or less.) The old, autocratic empires were built on the basis of exploitation of the masses for the benefit of a small elite. The last several centuries have witnessed a struggle by the masses to reclaim that accumulated power and wealth and apply it to the benefit of all. The struggle has not been easy, but history is on its side.

2) Right-wing conspiracy theory. (Generally anti-Semitic/Illuminatist.) The traditional institutions of state and church are the ideal framework for maintaining stability and a high level of civilization. Attacks on them are the product of the envy of the inferior and/or the active malignancy of those who glory in license and wanton destruction.

3) Fusion theory. (Gnostic, roughly speaking.) Human history has always been about the dominance of the weak by the strong. There never was and never will be any alternative. At times, factions of the elite may fight among themselves, with an upstart faction presenting itself to the masses as liberators, but that only lasts until they assume power. Then it's meet the new boss, same as the old boss.

Of those three scenarios, the first was actively empowering to several generations of fighters for social justice. The second was essentially a myth of the loony right -- which the left could snicker at and say, "If they're that scared, we must be winning."

But the third is completely disempowering. It says that not only is there no meaningful opposition to the malefactors of great wealth, but there never was. It was all an illusion, created by the elites themselves. The only appropriate response is to turn your back on the world entirely and reject all enticements to hope for anything better.

Believing that is probably the worst trap we could fall into. But at times like these, when everything seems bleak and futile, it's dangerously seductive, because at least it takes away some of the pain.

All the more reason not to fall for it.

One of the major props for this theory of futility has been the writing out of history of the early-mid 20th century left. If you can ignore the people who fought for justice, ignore their achievements, or ignore what they really stood for, you've eliminated the main source of counter-evidence to the claim that nothing matters.

We can see a textbook case of this in the current Rove-orchestrated flap over Coretta Scott King's funeral. This isn't just ordinary ass-covering -- it's part of a concerted effort to turn Martin Luther King into some sort of vaguely uplifting symbolic figure and wipe his real political significance from the record. That man was *dangerous* -- and J. Edgar Hoover knew it -- but now they want you to forget he was anything more but a high-class public speaker.

This may be the most covered-over secret of our time -- that the left is real, that it has real power, and that it represents a real threat to elite control.

I have a quote running through my head, which may be from The Lord of the Rings, though I'm not positive. It goes something like, "They think we mean to overthrow them and replace them with a new leader. Thay are not capable of imagining that we mean to destroy them and replace them with no leader. That is the source of our strength."

The reason people keep saying there is no left or right wing is because they arnt real. They are a false dichotomy constructed to maintain power in a give and take between different arms of the illuminati. The left is may have a people friendly facade but it isn't any less visicous, maybe more so. And the right is for those who like to see the evil they vote for.

I have no patience to weigh the benefits of one method over another, argue the merits of competing dialectics or point fingers of guilt because nothing REAL REALLY changes to save the world "all at once" or even briefly.

Nothing short of killing our main protagonists will make them go away and I can't believe the horse pucky competing conspiracies pass around, because besides the fly on the wall who witessed the participants plot, who really knows for certain who is really guilty and guilty of what? Being sincerely stupid? Believing they or their theory could save the world? From what? Life? Death?

The "cause" is only as righteous as the integrity brought to it by each individual participating.

The world changes little by little everyday, one person at a time. Eventually each change brought about by each human being inside themselves is brought to the whole world. And we do so within a limited timeframe because "the end of the world" happens to countless individuals every day. Just read the obituaries.

And while you're at it click on the "Nityananda" link provided by Jeff in this article and read it. I won't be smearing feces on my body anytime soon (pigs did that for me once while cleaning their stalls, positively illuminating experience), but I did find some brilliant pearls of wisdom expressed by this very "kooky" wise man.

Josh, if you cannot understand why the death of so many people, regardless of exact numbers is so emotional and upsetting to so many people, there is really nothing I can say to you, but I question your ability to understand others.

Intuition is only the starting point in an argument: You initiate an idea by putting disparate elements together via intuition, then construct an argument and back it up with FACTS. Intuition alone tells you virtually nothing: It is only an idea. An idea is not an argument.

If you find 800 people per day surprising, I hope this is only because you view yourself as a good person who cannot imagine such a thing happening given the sheer number of participants it would require. I'm not able to give you the information you require for the answers you seek, but they are available if you do the research in a complete and intelligent way.

But please respect the feelings of people who were more directly touched by the 1940's and for whom discussion of the Holocaust is personal and ties in to many contemporary issues and worries.

Such condescension and coming from one who doesn't know what an historical document is, since neither of these links lead to anything other than two historians. The last thing I read about Jean-Claude Pressac, incidentally, was to the effect that he had become a revisionist from his detailed work on the non-existent evidential basis for the Nazi gas chambers. Perhaps you should read that long "document" in French yourself.

Josh,

Keep thinking for yourself. You will notice how these types think that contemptuous dismissal will incline the common man to believe their lies.

Well, duh, forgive my cruelness, though I suggest you look into it instead of getting huffy and think that is something impressive.

The world is full of "leftists who aren't leftists and rightists who aren't rightists"

No one said such issues were bad per se, what is the issue is that they are being run by the very same people on the left as on the right, from Teddy Roosevelt in the U.S. ("I want a big government and big corporations") onward. TR had Brown Brothers (later Brown Brothers Harriman connections himself--which are the nucleus of the whole Bush elite 100 years later...).

Start here, I think Suttons's description of the artificialness of the type of organized leftism and organized rightism fits with the OTO description above.

quote from Antony Sutton's State Department document review book,
Wall Street and the Bolshevik Revolution, in Chapter 1:

...

Dear Mr. President:

I am in sympathy with the Soviet form of government as that best suited for the Russian people...

Letter to President Woodrow Wilson (October 17, 1918) from William Lawrence Saunders, chairman, Ingersoll-Rand Corp.; director, American International Corp.; and deputy chairman, Federal Reserve Bank of New York.

The frontispiece in this book was drawn by cartoonist Robert Minor in 1911 for the St. Louis Post-Dispatch. Minor was a talented artist and writer who doubled as a Bolshevik revolutionary, got himself arrested in Russia in 1915 for alleged subversion, and was later bank-rolled by prominent Wall Street financiers. Minor's cartoon portrays a bearded, beaming Karl Marx standing in Wall Street with Socialism tucked under his arm and accepting the congratulations of financial luminaries J.P. Morgan, Morgan partner George W. Perkins, a smug John D. Rockefeller, John D. Ryan of National City Bank, and Teddy Roosevelt — prominently identified by his famous teeth — in the background. Wall Street is decorated by Red flags. The cheering crowd and the airborne hats suggest that Karl Marx must have been a fairly popular sort of fellow in the New York financial district.

Was Robert Minor dreaming? On the contrary, we shall see that Minor was on firm ground in depicting an enthusiastic alliance of Wall Street and Marxist socialism. The characters in Minor's cartoon — Karl Marx (symbolizing the future revolutionaries Lenin and Trotsky), J. P. Morgan, John D. Rockefeller — and indeed Robert Minor himself, are also prominent characters in this book.

The contradictions suggested by Minor's cartoon have been brushed under the rug of history because they do not fit the accepted conceptual spectrum of political left and political right. Bolsheviks are at the left end of the political spectrum and Wall Street financiers are at the right end; therefore, we implicitly reason, the two groups have nothing in common and any alliance between the two is absurd. Factors contrary to this neat conceptual arrangement are usually rejected as bizarre observations or unfortunate errors. Modern history possesses such a built-in duality and certainly if too many uncomfortable facts have been rejected and brushed under the rug, it is an inaccurate history.

On the other hand, it may be observed that both the extreme right and the extreme left of the conventional political spectrum are absolutely collectivist. The national socialist (for example, the fascist) and the international socialist (for example, the Communist) both recommend totalitarian politico-economic systems based on naked, unfettered political power and individual coercion. Both systems require monopoly control of society. While monopoly control of industries was once the objective of J. P. Morgan and J. D. Rockefeller, by the late nineteenth century the inner sanctums of Wall Street understood that the most efficient way to gain an unchallenged monopoly was to "go political" and make society go to work for the monopolists — under the name of the public good and the public interest. This strategy was detailed in 1906 by Frederick C. Howe in his Confessions of a Monopolist.1 Howe, by the way, is also a figure in the story of the Bolshevik Revolution.

Therefore, an alternative conceptual packaging of political ideas and politico-economic systems would be that of ranking the degree of individual freedom versus the degree of centralized political control. Under such an ordering the corporate welfare state and socialism are at the same end of the spectrum. Hence we see that attempts at monopoly control of society can have different labels while owning common features.

Consequently, one barrier to mature understanding of recent history is the notion that all capitalists are the bitter and unswerving enemies of all Marxists and socialists. This erroneous idea originated with Karl Marx and was undoubtedly useful to his purposes. In fact, the idea is nonsense. There has been a continuing, albeit concealed, alliance between international political capitalists and international revolutionary socialists — to their mutual benefit. This alliance has gone unobserved largely because historians — with a few notable exceptions — have an unconscious Marxian bias and are thus locked into the impossibility of any such alliance existing. The open-minded reader should bear two clues in mind: monopoly capitalists are the bitter enemies of laissez-faire entrepreneurs; and, given the weaknesses of socialist central planning, the totalitarian socialist state is a perfect captive market for monopoly capitalists, if an alliance can be made with the socialist power brokers. Suppose — and it is only hypothesis at this point — that American monopoly capitalists were able to reduce a planned socialist Russia to the status of a captive technical colony? Would not this be the logical twentieth-century internationalist extension of the Morgan railroad monopolies and the Rockefeller petroleum trust of the late nineteenth century?

There's an old saying that goes something like, "The existence of counterfeits proves that there is such a thing as real gold." In the same way, the existence of fake leftists proves there is such a thing as genuine radicals -- whom your Wall Street buddies back in 1918 were terrified to death of.

Why else would they have been so eager to prop up an ugly and terroristic faux-Marxist revolution, carried out in the name of non-existent workers in a country which had barely encountered the industrial revolution?

The creation of a fake left probably did more than anything else they could have devised to ensure the decline of the real left, starting with J. Edgar Hoover's post-war Red Scare and proceeding from there.

(The creation of al Qaeda by the CIA in the 1980's might be taken as an instructive parallel.)

But don't doubt that there once was a real left, which represented real aspirations, fought for real justice, and offered up real martyrs. And there yet will be again.

The NWO is centered on dollar seigniorage and a policy of limiting foreign growth in lieu of domestic growth. Decaying industry was co-opted by conflating the financial and productive role of the corporation, and by using stock options to turn managers into inside owners. Now we are on the doorstep of Peak Oil. In the month of March, we are launching airstrikes against Iran using tactical nuclear weapons. As the regional war escalates, NWO troops/mercenaries will occupy Basra, Khuzistan, and East Saudi Arabia. It is at that point that France, Russia, and China will be obliged to vie with the NWO for access to the remaining 65% of untapped global oil supplies. and that will offially commence world war 3/4(?)...
so by all means, lets keep prattling on about the Bolsheviks and the Jews, instead of the imperial meltdown staring us in the face.

I can understand why the death of a lot of people would be upsetting to others. This is not about my ability to empathize. Questioning the exact numbers and finding discrepencies (large, it seems), then looking behind those numbers for the REASON why those numbers were put out there in the first place is what I am getting at. What would motivate a person or group to inflate numbers of victims?

You also state: "Intuition alone tells you virtually nothing." Thank you, American education system.

You continue: "If you find 800 people per day surprising, I hope this is only because you view yourself as a good person who cannot imagine such a thing happening given the sheer number of participants it would require." Well, no, if you read what I wrote, this is not what I'm talking about. What would it take for all the camps to kill 800 people per day for 5 solid years? I'm just looking at this from a logistical standpoint, nothing more. How many people and other resources would it take to undertake this?

""Historian by night," writes the Paris daily newspaper Le Monde in its presentation of the new work of an "amateur" who happens to be a pharmacist by day." Pressac proved nothing, no matter how his work gets puffed by reviewers. Nor is he an historian: "Pressac has himself confessed that he first got involved with Auschwitz because he wanted to write a novel, several scenes of which would be set there." (Serge Thion)

Those set over us will clutch at any straws to pretend the facts and evidence are on their side. Pressac actually reduced the alleged number of deaths at Auschwitz to 775,000 in total including non-gassings. He also trashed the Nuremberg trials and convictions. So, your champion was backpedalling pretty drastically! This must be why his nonsense was nevertheless welcomed by those seeking the truth. Pressac's conversion may be as you say. My hasty mistake matters little. Those interested in the details of Pressac's work might care to follow the link.

Like Lenin in 1916, I find "the problem is how to be as radical as reality itself" but I warn you that when this gas chamber myth is exposed, you can expect the Nazis to pick up quite a few recruits out of the furious reaction. A phoney holocaust might then lead to a real one.

I have no idea what people mean by the word "prudish", but you should be aware that Web images of naked people - especially in degrading situations such as in these images - are considered sexually offensive in many workplaces. That's the reason why the phrase "worksafe" has evolved. There are websites that are not appropriate to read in a public place. This is now one of them. It does not need to stay that way.

There's no need to post this imagery on the front page in order to get a point across. We all know sexual abuse happened in Iraq. We all know it's still going on around the world. We've all seen the pictures. We're not going to forget overnight if we don't constantly have it shoved in our faces. If the material must be posted, then it can be done just as easily and accessibly behind a link. To force it upon people on the front page merely limits the places where this weblog can be read.

This is not an issue of free speech, it's an issue of basic Nettiquite, of understanding of the medium, of politeness and respect for the audience.

I have disabled all images from Photobucket in my browser and it's improved it immensely. But I still can't take the risk of reading it from work, and I'm sure there are lots of other people who won't be either.

A little sensitivity goes a long way when you're trying to sell a story, especially one that seems by its very nature over-the-top and conspiratorial.
